The 2 Journey Folders are absolutely beautiful with accompanying pen. This is just the first step, now myself and hubby have to continue the journey in beginning to complete it's contents. This will take time and consideration but for both of us it will be a wonderful gift to have for each other and also for our children at a later date. ❣️

I only recently bought the Journey and haven't started to fill it in yet but I had a look through it and I am very impressed with it. There are parts of it that I wouldn't have considered doing. It's layout looks really user friendly. I'm delighted I bought it, it definitely was a good decision.

Im delighted I purchased this folder. As someone who lives alone i have always been a tad anxious by the thought of the mayhem and confusion left on the shoulders of those we leave behind. The Journey is concise, practical, clear, and gives me a sense of control, even when I have no more control. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful presentation, very well laid out & easy to follow. I purchased The Journey in November 2025 just after my husband died. I had been following Jacqueline on line & always found her advice & legal expertise very informative & not weighed down by "legal jargon". I am in the process of gathering all necessary documentation & financial details pertaining to my late husband's estate in order that my solicitor can complete probate. I found having a copy of The Journal invaluable as I worked through the minefield of administration required to bring everything up to date. My husband & I both had Wills made but, unfortunately, we were in the process of completing our Power of Attorney when he died so there was a lot to come to terms with & work through which I am finding difficult, as well as trying to manage my grief. As a result, I am in the process of filling in my own wishes & details in my copy of the Journal so my next of kin & executors won't have similar difficulties when I die. I spoke to my brother today & showed him The Journal & he was so impressed that I am about to purchase a copy for him so he can be equally prepared in the event of his Death. Thank you Jacquelyn!

I’ve been working on The Journey Folder for a month now and can comfortably say that it is the most thorough organizer I’ve ever worked with. That is saying something as I am a strong manager of important details and documents so they can be easily found by me for starters and by my attorneys should I need assistance later on. Once I reached 70 I realized how important it was to have people at the ready to help as needed and to make that job as easy as I could for them by detailing everything about our wills, EPA’s, banking, household maintenance, service contracts and our wishes when we could not properly look after ourselves or on our deaths. Thank you so much for doing this folder. It will make life easier for any who decide to use it.

Love this, its a game changer. Firstly it's bright & won't be overlooked amount folders, every thing is laid out in easy user friendly parts and lots of things I wouldn't have thought of are included ( section on pets)- it has also jogged me to put my land in both our names (ment to do it 20 years ago) so we won't even need probate or the time and money spent there. Nobody is sick, we're still youngish but this is the best thing we have done after paying off the mortgage

I bought this beautifully presented journal and pen last year having followed some excellent videos on Instagram. My younger sister had passed away afew years earlier. It was quite a complicated ordeal gathering all the necessary information for probate. Much of it I wasn't aware of.

This journal provides all the necessary questions, cleverly itemised in sections. It covers all areas possible, putting your mind at rest as you complete each part. You can choose how much/how little information you record. It covers all essentials.

It has put my mind at rest but more importantly has made me proactive in looking after my own affairs- sooner rather than later

I recently bought the Journey folder because as people in our early sixties we lost so many and know of many that have sadly passed at this age . I personally do not want to leave a legacy of hassle , litigation and endless legal bills for our children and grandchildren . The journal allows me to be pro active in my planning and guides me along my journey because of the legal background and guidance of Jacquelyn the inventor . In addition to the actual Journal you get a monthly newsletter at your perusal . Laid out with dividers , sections and pockets where documents can be stored , this journal is very high quality and if we are lucky we won’t need to pass it on for a long time to come …. Well done to one of our own and glad to support a small Irish brand .

I bought this for a friend after multiple conversations regarding how important to have all details easily accessible for those left to deal with the administration side of grief. I was in this position myself recently. I will be buying one for myself in the near future.

I purchased the Journey Folder and Pen on three different occasions as gifts for 3 family members. To say that they were delighted is an understament, they were following Jacqueline content online and knew straight away when they opened the beautiful presented packaging what it was. Each of them said it was something they were hoping for and said it was the best present they could have received. The Journey folder takes away all the worries of locating different paperwork and coveres all your wishes and needs when you have passed, and puts you and your loved ones mind at ease. It was a brillant innovative idea from Jacqueline and truly commendable. Now I'm just waiting for one of my family members to purchase one for me.....I'm still waiting... Truly recommend everyone to purchase The Journey Folder and Pen it is such a brillant Folder and covers everything that you need and comes beautifully presented....well done Jacqueline you have created an easy to manage folder with none of the legal jargon attached making it accessible to everybody.

Covers everything in a very easy to follow methodical manner. It will be certainly be an asset when that day comes and decisions have to be made within hours.
At such a stressful time one needs clarity and certainty that the wishes of the deceased are being met. It will bring comfort and de stress family situations that can develop from thin air.
I recommend this folder to everyone.
Make your wishes known and not only when you pass but in case you ever loose the ability to speak or care for yourself

I’m very impressed with “The Journey”
Having witnessed firsthand the trauma and chaos dear friends had to deal with following the sudden death of their Dad and subsequently the death of my own Dad this journal is a very comprehensive support guide on how to leave your affairs in order and reduce the stress for your loved ones on your passing.
It contains so many excellent prompts on information that’s important and critical when preparing for this time and particularly the important information and documentation you may not think of?
As a family we also had the experience of losing a bachelor uncle who suffered a massive stroke and lost all ability to communicate, as a result we were trying to second guess what his wishes might be in relation to many areas of his care and finally when planning his funeral.
The Journey takes you through this process. How many of us discuss this with our loved ones?
The financial prompts are excellent, the importance of documenting our log ins and passwords for various accounts and bills. A lot of these affairs are now on our phone, our nearest and dearest need to be able to access our phones and emails to collate this information. I could go on and on. I’m not planning on leaving this world anytime soon but I have started to put all the relevant information my family will need in this folder.
I have recently retired and a number of my close friends are in this process also. I have purchased copies of “The Journal” as retirement gifts and those I have given it too have loved it despite one such persons reaction being “Geez, I have only retired, not planning on exiting stage left just yet”
I love it, in my opinion it’s a first class planning guide for you and your family which I have no doubt will relieve so much time and additional stress on our loved ones at the time of our death which inevitably will come about for us all.

€170. SERIOUSLY??? You can get similar online for €10 that does the same job. It may not have a fancy leather cover, but sorry, to me, €170 seems to be a complete rip off!
